现将我办7月23日发出的《广安市人防（民防）宣教中心运行管理服务采购竞争性谈判公告》变更公告如下：

将原公告“六、提交响应文件截止时间和评审时间”内容：

“2025年8月7日上午10:00前提交响应文件；2025年8月12日上午10:00准时评审（北京时间）。响应文件必须在提交截止时间前送达评审地点。逾期送达或密封、标注不符合谈判文件规定的响应文件恕不接受。本次谈判不接受邮寄的响应文件。”

 变更为：

“2025年8月7日上午10:00前提交响应文件；2025年8月7日上午10:00准时评审（北京时间）。响应文件必须在提交截止时间前送达评审地点。逾期送达或密封、标注不符合谈判文件规定的响应文件恕不接受。本次谈判不接受邮寄的响应文件。 ”
